Manufactured from polymers with a rubberized, notched coating, Recon weighs 430g, with dimensions of 177x51mm, making it one of the smaller devices on the market. The optic is nitrogen purged to prevent fogging of the lenses. It is also rain and weatherproof.
The utilized HD glass lenses are coated in an ArmorTec® anti-scratch layer that enhances light transmission. With a 16mm eye relief, 50mm objective lens diameter, 15x magnification, and a 4.1° field of view, Recon is a highly very capable optic in its size class. The R/T Ranging reticle provides a quick and easy way to measure distances, while the MRAD crosshair helps with precise sighting adjustment.
The straight eyepiece allows the user to comfortably use it for long periods, no matter the conditions. The additional carry clip helps with attaching the monocular to the gear.
