Designed by Vortex Optics, the Ranger 1800 is a mid-range, cost-effective laser rangefinder made with premium materials and advanced technical solutions.
The housing is injection molded from a high-quality, impact-resistant polymer for superb durability and weather resistance. The weight of 218g and dimensions of 99x76mm make it a small and sleek piece of ranging equipment.
The 22mm objective lens glass is layered in an ultra-hard, anti-scratch, and reflection multi-coating. It secures the lenses from oil, dirt, and potential physical damage in the field.
Ranger operates in the “Scanning Mode” and is very capable of providing accurate range measurements up to 1645m and 820m for deer and similarly-sized targets.
The additional HCD and LOS mode allows the proper ranging in uneven, hilly, or mountainous terrain.
6x magnification, 17mm eye relief, and 6° view angle make the performance optimal in its class.
A single CR2 cap-secured battery provides power for operation and five brightness settings.
