The CLAWGEAR ARMS CG15 is based on one of the most proven weapon systems of the 20th century. Since the introduction of this system, firearm technology has developed considerably. Modern manufacturing techniques and improved materials have made it possible to further increase the lifespan and reliability. Therefore, the upper and lower receivers of the CG15 are made from high-strength 7075 T6 aluminum, produced through a forging process. To ensure the highest precision, a cold-forged barrel from the German quality manufacturer Lothar Walther is used. These manufacturing processes create a continuous grain structure in both the barrel and the receiver, enabling them to withstand the most extreme stresses.
